Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of Ricoh’s ongoing efforts to listen to our valued customers and build great relationship. 

This year’s survey will be conducted between 11 July and 29 September 2017.  A selected sample of our valued customers will be contacted for a 15-minute survey.
