Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of Ricoh’s ongoing efforts to listen to our valued customers and build great relationship. 

 

This year’s survey will be conducted between 19th July and 6th October 2018.  A selected sample of our valued customers will be contacted for a 10-minute survey.
