The annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of Ricoh’s concerted efforts to listen to our valued customers, and to help build greater relationships.
This year’s survey will be conducted between 25th November and 25th December 2020. A selected sample of our valued customers will be contacted for a 10-minute survey.
