New RICOH Pro C5410S/C5400S Printers Deliver Versatile Colour Production
TOKYO, 24 June 2025 – Ricoh Asia Pacific has announced the launch of its latest colour production printer series1, the RICOH Pro C5410S and RICOH Pro C5400S.
The RICOH Pro C5410S/C5400S series builds on key features such as high-speed output and excellent paper handling, while delivering significant improvements in core performance. Warm-up times have been significantly reduced—from 120 seconds to just 26 seconds2 for the Pro C5410S and 30 seconds2 for the Pro C5400S. Scanning speed³ has also been enhanced, and the adoption of a capacitive touch panel significantly improves usability. Furthermore, the space-saving finisher supports an industry-first4 stapleless binding option that uses water to moisten and press sheets together—enabling binding of up to 16 sheets5 without staples. This innovation reduces the environmental impact of stapled finishing, particularly in in-house printing environments.
With high image quality and versatile paper-handling capabilities, these new models meet a broad range of promotional material production needs for short-run print jobs—empowering enterprise customers to drive revenue growth. Improved core specifications also enhance ease of use in daily operations, contributing to greater operational efficiency.

- Maximum print speed of 80 ppm (A4) and 42 ppm (A3).
- Warm-up times of just 26 seconds2 for the Pro C5410S and 30 seconds2 for the Pro C5400S. First full-colour copy output in as little as 6.5 seconds2 (Pro C5410S) and 7.2 seconds2 (Pro C5400S).
- Duplex scanning up to 300 pages per minute at 200/300 dpi3. Includes AI-powered orientation detection and continuous scanning of small-format documents such as business cards—streamlining workflows.
- Red LED guidance, jam-clear animations and a simplified internal structure help users recover quickly from paper jams.
2. Versatile Media Handling and Advanced Finishing Options
- Inherits the wide-ranging paper support of its predecessor, and now accommodates long sheets up to 1,300 mm—enabling a wider variety of print jobs and expanding business opportunities.
- An industry-first4 stapleless binding option uses water to bind up to 16 sheets5—ideal for safety-conscious environments such as food services, kindergartens and care facilities. It requires no consumables and enables easier waste separation at disposal, highlighting consideration for the environment.
- A redesigned paper folding unit is now less than half the width of the previous model (approximately 209 mm), contributing to a more space-efficient footprint. It also supports folding of coated paper and tri-folding of long sheets, broadening the range of applications.
3. Environmental Initiatives
- Use of recycled materials has increased more than fivefold compared to the previous model—supporting customers' environmental management efforts.
